1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mcwbd platform and all its services. By accessing our website or opening an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

mcwbd is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, and various other gaming options for users in Bangladesh. To use the platform, users must follow all the conditions stated here.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.

3.2 Security & Password

Keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the mcwbd support team immediately.
• Avoid using the "Remember me" option on public devices.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mcwbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (the same limit applies for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour, though verification may cause delays in some cases.

4.3 Transaction Terms

All deposits and withdrawals must be made in the same name under which the account was opened. Transactions using third-party accounts or cards are prohibited and will be automatically cancelled.

mcwbd reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and legal action will be taken where applicable.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at mcwbd will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. At mcwbd, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games — special instructions apply.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the set time limit for claiming the bonus.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
• Bonuses may be cancelled in cases of fraudulent or unusual betting patterns.
• mcwbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, mcwbd offers various special deals, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

The mcwbd VIP program has five tiers in total. The weekly cashback amount differs at each tier. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is credited to the account automatically. Specific wagering requirements must be met to withdraw cashback. mcwbd will endeavour to give advance notice of any changes to VIP benefits.

7 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwbd platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing other users or using offensive language.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party.

8 Gaming Rules & Outcomes
